Welcome to the most prestigious and only international polo tournament to be held in the region for the first time. With some of the world’s best teams and players competing including Sumaya of Chile, finalists of the Queens Cup 2009, it has set the standard already.
A week long tournament culminating on the 12th March 2010 with a spectacular and glamorous final day of polo and live entertainment, featuring; live bands, Al Saheel Horse show and other entertainment.
For those who want to enjoy a picnic on the lawn or party Horizon Lounge will be the place to be, situated right on polo field where up to 5 DJ’s will be spinning out tunes from 1pm till 12am. TV cameras will film the polo to be shown on numerous flat screen TVs in Horizon Lounge, so no need to leave the comfort of your seat.

With the Hurlingham Polo Association as the Gold Cup partners, this is the only polo tournament of international recognition in the region. The 12 goal is to be followed by a gold, silver and bronze tournament and a 22 goal final in March 2011.
